Anca has dedicated her professional life to support people in their self-accomplishment development processes through training, coaching, counselling and therapy.
She graduated Foreign Languages to become a translator. After that she focused on the human resources domain for more than 15 years. When becoming 35, she turned her career towards learning & development, and she specialized in NLP and systemic approaches. Her unique working style mixes the action-oriented approach of NLP coaching with therapy-specific empathy and warmth. When working with Anca, either in a group or individually, you get new insights and in- depth experiences combined with a tint of humor and playfulness.
Anca's recent projects include NN, KLARWIN Fluid Perfection and management of a training department of 16 trainers in Romania, Poland and Bulgaria, as well as the private practice as a coach and psychotherapist. Her passions include: travelling to exotic places, painting and spirituality.
