Why participate?
You will participate in 5 online sessions, each consisting of the following 3 sections:
read more- a preparation of programmed self-study to elevate your level of knowledge and understanding of the specific skills (= WHAT & WHY)
- a practice section of online group-exercising to enhance your level of applying what you already know and understand (= HOW & WHAT IF)
- a follow-up section of self-training to support your level of integrating all you learned into real-life situations (TRANSFER OF LEARNING)
Before each online practicing section, you will receive the theory of the WHY, WHAT, WHEN and HOW regarding the specific skills to be trained and mastered, including illustrative examples, videos and articles.
At the beginning of each online practicing section there will be a short assessment of your knowledge and understanding regarding the skills to be practiced. If needed a short update will follow to close eventual gaps.
At the end of each online practicing section there will be a take-away inventory and a presentation of the assignments to be executed before the next session.
